DESCRIPTION
He's just a friendly neighborhood raccoon who's just trying to find some scraps to eat! Why are you fighting him, you monster?

NEUTRAL SPECIAL: COOKIE DUNK
The little fella just sits down, dunks his cookie in water, and has a treat. This will give him a temporary defense boost until the next hit or a while passes.

SIDE SPECIAL: SCRAPPY BRAWL
You've made him angry! He'll pounce across a distance, and if he grabs you, he'll run all over you with teeth and claws, damaging any others who get in the midst of it!

DOWN SPECIAL: TRASH TRAWL
Uh oh, someone left their trash can open! Mr. Raccoon invites himself to dig through the trash, sending projectiles backwards at anyone in their path. The can also gives you cover from projectiles. Using it in the air shoots a cookie downward and sends you up!

UP SPECIAL: FENCE FLEE
Using his mobility, he nimbly jumps across your neighborhood fence and dives off the other side. If he makes contact with a wall, he'll climb up to the top of the stage! Press B early on the fence to jump earlier.

ULTRA: DUMP DESTRUCTION
You're in the way for the last time! The raccoon empties the contents of trash can on top of his foe, and finding nothing of value, kicks it all away.

SPECIAL TACTICS
Try pressing neutral special quickly after hitting a down tilt to jump into an early scrappy brawl!
