Description
Adds a new Tech Hunter town named Cyrus in Sinkuun.

The town has world states tied to unique npcs.

This is the standalone version of the same town in my The Fury faction mod.

I didn't see that you said cannibal hunters, that would be pretty cool. I put tech hunters there and i didn't put cannibals there

nah there's a new rebel general in charge of the place, I changed it from simon to that when I made it standalone. I think it's too far away from uc for them. Someone said tech hunters wouldn't be there bc there's nothing there for them. I could add cannibals

maybe a cannibals takeover if Simion and Yabuta are both dead/imprisoned? Or cannibal hunters/united cities?

right now it can fall and turn into yabuta, then ruined. If you have any idea of another faction, I'll implement it
