TF2 Workshop Hair Pack for Femscout

These models are made from pre-existing workshop models, both in-game and yet-to-be.
They are best compatible with the Female Scout Overhaul.

- The Lover's Locks have a bodygroup for the earrings and jigglebones for the ponytail and hair tuft.
- The Millennial Mercenary has a bodygroup for cartoon-ish lenses and a prp_glasses bone to move the glasses.
