Rell used to serve in the Sava Hegemony, at some point in his life he turned to bounty hunting to make ends meet and eventually wound up becoming a mercenary for Tasire LLC.

He's one of the top-earning mercenaries and for a good reason: his custom mech is a force to be reckoned with. He also hates players with a passion.

Rumor has it that Rell is more machine than man. If his mech were to fall in battle there is a chance he could return in a different form.
