For submerged rescue

On winches you get longer lengths then if handheld. Large winch 100m and Huge even longer.

To supply air you will need a second winch of the same size. This second winch needs a pump blowing air into its base (where there is a fluid port).

Now have two winches, one on a cable to red cable connector and one on hose a red hose connector, will need to be deployed to a similar long length. Probably the maximum.

Then swim the anchor down.

Once the anchor is attached to the target the diver connects the blue connects. Blue cable to target provides power. Blue hose to target for air.

If you have a way of carrying the extra cable and hose you can remove them from the anchor.

The red cable is deliberately hidden to reduce risk of accidental disconnect by divers.
