Wooper

Description
Wooper joins the battle!

Neutral Special: Water Pulse
Wooper shoots three water pulses. The biggest pulse has a 20% chance to stun the opponent.

Side Special: Wave Crash
Wooper rides a wave forward, then jumps off to send the wave forward as a projectile.

Up Special: Geyser
Wooper is launched upwards by a geyser. The geyser stays behind for a few seconds before disappearing.

Down Special: Recover
Wooper wipes itself off to restore some health.

Ultra: DYNAMAX MUD FLOOD
Wooper Dynamaxes, then makes a large wave of Muddy Water. This move only works on the ground.

I like this character a lot -- I'm a Wooper fan myself -- but it could use some polishing for animations, Neutral B can be spammed infinitely, and there's a glitch where if Wooper gets hit during the Ultra he'll stay that big until he uses the ultra again.

Lastly, I would've used more headbutts in the moveset and less tail personally.
