Chocolate Helicopter Victory Music (L4D2 only)

Video quality is dog anus so just know it'll sound better in game...

or not, depending on what your preference is...

Initially this was just gonna be a "L4D2 only" version of a mod by 8sianRednek
but I then thought about how I really liked chocolate helicopter and wished it was used throughout more places than just the opening intro.

Features:
- New level complete music in L4D2 campaigns
- New credits theme for L4D2 campagins
- Works online, and in other gamemodes
- Incompatible with anything that replaces the L4D2 saferoom music or credits theme

NOTE: the preview video shows L4D1 campagins with the saferoom theme, that's because the video was taken from the OG mod, it's still only in L4D2 campagins in this mod

while trying to edit the track for the credits, audacity compression ruined it, so in attempt to save it I just added reverb and now it sounds like it's being played at a live concert, I have know idea if that'll work for everyone, but I thought it sounded good so I'll stick with it

also added some germs from the parish to match up with the other monsterswithin's style and make it sound more L4D-like

I take NO credit at all for the "reached the saferoom music" that all goes to 8sianRednek, and if they want this taken down I will at their request
