Taxi (Simple - AI)

Description
Simple Taxi setup. Intended to tranport player by car across the map, between two points.

AI Driver will detect a civilian in the loading zone next to the vehicle and wait for a short time before leaving. After passenger has been ejected from the vehicle, the taxi will wait for a short time before heading back to wait at the loading zone again.
