Description
This mod uses Background NPCs AI Traffic Module to spawn Random Cars to race with on a Circuit Race Track, this can be used in other instances as long as you have other DV Paths set along with Background NPCs Enabled.

MUST DO:
-Set decentvehicle_timetostopemergency 0 in the console

OPTIONAL BUT RECOMMENDED:
-Before using the DV make sure that the vehicles have these configs in their Properties (You can change the Properties using the Simfphys vehicle editor)

Efficiency: 2.00
Max Torque: 500 (Randomize Numbers 400 - 600 for more Variety)
Max Traction: 155

You may also change the Vehicle Properties By:

Holding C -> Right Clicking The Vehicle -> Clicking Edit Properties

Make sure to have one car as a Citizen Vehicle, Add 2 to add a second racer.

Np, enabling the citizen cars basically must have the following:

-In the options tab, go to background npcs -> supported addons. the DV support should be checkmarked

-in actor settings in the options tab of background npcs you change the number on how much cars you want to be spawned, there are two sliding bars, the one on the bottom is for the DV cars

I prefer to have two or three cars as the DV waypoint mod takes lots of CPU.

NOTE: as the time i have replied i've noticed i forgot to include the DV waypoint mod into the Required Items, so go check that and you should be good to go.

To use the mod you have to have DV waypoints on the map, you just enable the citizen cars and they should drive. You can change the amount of cars in the Background NPCs Settings
