Ragnaman, this is done by using decorations. They can be managed on any block by pressing ctrl+x in build mode. Alternatively, choosing a block and pressing ctrl+x+shift will create a decoration of this block. There is also a view mode that only shows decorations and hides everything else.

How do you create such detailed shapes ? can you reduce sizes of blocks so they are not 5m in size ?
