Artificial's Weapon Enhancements

Description
EDIT: This weapon pack is for EASY MODE. Not normal mode. I screwed up here. Don't worry though. I made a fix for this to be played on Normal mode. See: Artificial's Weapon Enhancements 2.0

EDIT 2: Messed up even more. I forgot to include the projectile config files for both this pack and the AWE 2.0 pack. I fixed it all now but... Again, I'm really sorry, guys.

What you see here before you is the AWE pack. No DLC or anything needed at all for this to work. Just a copy of SS3: BFE. Basically, one day, I thought the shotguns needed a buff so they would be more viable in the later game. And that actually turned out pretty awesome. So, emboldened by my last changes, I began to change more weapons. And more. Upping their damages mostly and sometimes changing magazine sizes...

In the end, a total of 10 weapons were buffed and rebalanced. They are as follows:

- Mutilator
- The 2 Sledgehammers
- Pistol
- Single Shotgun
- Double Shotgun
- Assault Rifle
- Minigun
- Rocket Launcher
- Lasergun

So, in the end, what is the overall goal of this weapon rebalancing you ask? It is simply to make each weapon more viable in more situations. Basically to make each of them satisfying and elegant tools of destruction. What they were meant to be.

Having said that, these weapons have not been given crazy huge buffs or anything silly like that. Furthermore, some weapons like the Minigun needed much less buffing than others. And some were perfect just the way they were.

All the same, I really hope you enjoy these changes. I know I certainly am now.

For anyone curious, these are the exact changes that I made:

Mutilator - Ray damage per second changed from 100 to 200.
Sledgehammers - Damage changed from 130 to 200, swing radius from 3 to 5.
Pistol - Damage changed from 10 to 25, Shoots to reload from 10 to 8
Single Shotgun - Bullet damage changed from 10 to 20
Double Shotgun - Bullet damage changed from 10 to 20
Assault Rifle - Shoots to reload changed from 40 to 50
Minigun - Bullet damage changed from 20 to 30
Rocket Launcher - Damage changed from 100 to 150, range damage from 50 to 100
Lasergun - Damage changed from 20 to 45

@Bossun: I can only do that globally unfortunately. And I would have to edit the GlobalGameParameters.rsc file which I don't like to do because it might interfere with other mods.

Nevertheless, it can be done. Perhaps I might make a seperate mod for it. In terms of a percentage, how much would you like me to increase the ammo, with 100% being the normal ammo capacity you have on Normal mode?

All changes listed above are true and exact. While the minigun did get a damage buff, the lasergun does more damage per shot now than the minigun. I made it this way due to the fact that the lasergun does not have the advantage of being a hitscan weapon like the minigun and, as such, suffers for this. However, with the massive damage increase, there is now much more of a reason to use the lasergun and also much of a reason to look for and pick up the weapon and ammo for it. Now it fills its proper role as a constant fire close range suppression weapon.

Maybe it's just me, but I think you swapped the minigun and lasergun damages because I can do more damage with the minigun than lasergun with one shot fired. Still, maybe it's just me, please do check to make sure.

the rocket thing would just be a reskin. you could take it from almost any pc shooter. and you said homing rockets were allready int he game. just enable the homing rockets, and chaneg the skin.

If you can figure out how to make right clickign with a mini gun spawn a mob (any a kleer for example) then you can make it spawn the mini gun. If i am completly wrong, please correcct me because i am tryign to learn this myself.
