Gup from the Risk of Rain franchise joins the fray! Gup hops forward and impales any opponent that gets nearby.

Let me know if this assist is too strong or weak, as I don't know if this is balanced or not.

0.0.5 - "Enemy in attack range" hitbox adjustments, animation "tweening" (devs fix scale tweening plz), "falls slightly slower when attacking" thing now only activates when falling

Balance tweaks:
- Increased damage to 22
- Increased Assist Charge to 105
- Increased Base Knockback to 55
- Decreased Knockback Growth to 55

The purpose of these changes is to make Gup not just a better Rockman. The tradeoff is a bit more damage for less knockback (e.x: Rockman kills at 80, Gup doesn't). Still looking for feedback on this.
