Thank you but I'm sorry to tell you there are some problems. I left SFO too long and forgot about the sense of SFO balance. I'm interested in this work but I'm also worried about researching only for it. I think it would be very long and complicated work. So I don't think I would work for it in near future. However, it is possible if I'm ready with proper conditions.
Is there any chance you could make a SFO patch?
Please, feel free to say something.

This is not as hard as it sounds, we're talking about coming up with 10 or 12 words in total ;) And I would say 10 are already there, you just pick them with taste. ;)
- Optionally review the icon of the buildings, but I think it was ok
- Whenever you're stuck, ask others for help <3
OK, one more thing: Using WH3MM and search term "[ec}" it drives my OCD wild how your mod names mix Capital and non-capitalized letters in an odd way. Make titles consitent, not
"custom building asset"

- Make a decision: you had original plans that made you create a seperate building chain. Do you still want it nowadays or do you just want to use the same standard recruiting buildings that all other unit mods use? Either way is fine for me and everybody else Don't do it because o "when I play SFO and I'm baked, a seperate chain makes it easier on my red eyes" please though!" ;)
- People take lorefulness way too seriously sometimes, but I do agree so far as I say to go against what everybody else is doing isn't the best way
- If you keep your own building, GET RID OF THE CHAIN and make its own building for each race and make it part of that eco system (e.g. Recruiting or Commerce or Military Support or whatever). There's no building chain with 1 building in the game (e.g. because it looks ugly and 1 modder going against the grain destroys any established order).
