1970 Boxcar 'Kaw Valley Western' Protolance Repaint

Description
I made this singular boxcar repaint from Meatball's pack to make sure I can follow basic online guides still. This would be my first mod.

Reminder to myself that it unlocks in 1970 because I kept wondering why I never saw it in my saves.

I've actually been sitting on this for over a month. Never planned on publishing it but it seems local mods can't call upon workshop mods as dependencies and as a result it didn't appear in my personal save. So here we are.

I'd try reskinning a locomotive next but this boxcar lua code barely made sense to me as is.
