I’m confused you can’t spawn items into existing in tf2 I’m asking where the files for the game to read to replace another cosmetic

The Addon Spawnlist.

You need the Easy or Advanced Bongemerge Tool to bonemerge it onto Pyro's model.

ok, i actually kinda thought there would be folks happy about a Godzilla hex for Pyro, didn't expect Anti-Furry Suckers to be here going Elmer-Fudd-Mode on harmless weirdos to look cool
