Split Plank By Axe

You can just split a log into planks, why isn't it in vanilla game?
There's two ways to split a log:
1. Just wave your axe to a log until it finally becomes a plank.
2. Put your axe on the log, use hammer to knock on the axe, it's slower but you will get more result eventually.

If you got a saw just use your saw, it's faster and you'll have more planks.
