Escape Methods:

Perimeter Breakdown!: At light's out, Have a bed dummy in Your cell... And head southeast to cut the fence, If you do not have a friend. Then use and adrenaline shot after, use a Sturdy Pickaxe to dig under the perimeter wall. Then walk south to the Perimeter Jeep. Then you're free!

ID was included: At light's out have a bed dummy in your cell... Use lightweight cutters on the fence in the southeast, next use a Sturdy Shovel to get under the Perimeter wall. Finally use the second half of Your lightweight cutters on the fence behind the guard barracks to reach the car. Then You're free!

Welcome to the jungle! Society has declared you a menace, so we've put you far away from any trace of it. Before you even entertain the thought of escaping, let me remind you that even if by some remote chance you make it past the fence, the wall, the perimiter jeeps and the guard checkpoint, there's no surviving out in the wild beyond.
