Escape Methods:

Rooftop Dash: At Light's Out, head up the vents and onto the Roof, then make your way into a building directly to the north and drop down to the west once you've gone as far as you can. Then, use a Guard Outfit to sneak into the building to the southwest, and use a Screwdriver to open the vent above the Contraband Desk and return to the roof- this time on a side where you can climb the elevated roof just to the east. Follow the roof to the northeast corner of the prison, and jump down to the area with a roof pipe leading straight to the kennels- on top of the kennels is a helicopter. Run towards it. Then you're free!

Breaking and Entering: Dig from literally anywhere in the prison (As long as it's hidden, and preferably somewhere conveniently close to your destination) and make your way to the neighborhood outside (The area surrounded by fences outside the prison) and dig upwards in some random corner. Head to the vehicle parked in the northwest. Then you're free!
