Alternate Saferoom Door

Description
Something a bit different this time.
Replaces the saferoom doors with a mix between the default doors and The Last Stand wooden doors.

Features:
- Mixed metal and wooden style. Urban style or something.
- Reskin compatible, both door parts (default and TLS) are reskinned separately.

Notes:
- The Last Stand wooden saferoom door is untouched.
- Mod used in the last two pictures [MST] L4D1 Saferoom.

Completely replaces all doors except the wooden ones from The Last Stand.
The new doors can still be reskinned.
