Edit Artifact Description Updated

An updated and working version of mrtats Edit Artifact Description. To use just simply click on Artifact Details in your inventory and you should see a pen and quill next to the description, click on it and a event window will open. Type what you want into the box then you have three options; replace the description with what you wrote, append which adds a new paragraph basically, and add to end of sentence which keeps it in the first paragraph.
