Description
Changes background income from 3000 to 5000. Only for major factions.

Could you please make something like this but for player only? I noticed with this mod, the AI goes really crazy and recruits bunch of armies.

I tested and I have 5000 background income. Perhaps you also have the 4000 mod enabled
