In his neverending quest in fighting the strongest opponents, the Raging Demon himself, Akuma has joined Smack Studio! His devastating combos and versatility make him a force to be reckoned with!

Overall, he's a powerful and aggressive shoto character that can cover his very low defense when played well.

NEUTRAL SPECIAL: GOHADOKEN / SEKIA GOSHOHA / ZANKU HADOKEN
Fire a fireball forward while grounded, while in the air Akuma shoots out two fireballs in quick succession downwards. Destroy the opponent's recovery options, control the stage, snipe if you want, whatever you want to do, these fireballs can do it. Taunting will power up the next grounded Gohadoken into Sekia Goshoha, a faster, larger, and more powerful fireball.

SIDE SPECIAL: TATSUMAKI ZANKUKYAKU
Akuma does a fast spinning kick, which allows him to safely travel through the air while attacking the opponent. Unlike Gohadoken, Zanku Hadoken, and Goshoryuken, this special can be cancelled on hit into any attack. It's cancelled on landing. Hold Down to make the attack be affected by gravity.

UP SPECIAL: GOSHORYUKEN
He envelops his fist in flames and performs his own version of the Shoryuken, which may not ascend a lot, but it is very powerful. Great combo ender. If used while grounded, it has super armour up to the first hit.

DOWN SPECIAL: HYAKKISHU / HYAKKI GOJIN / HYAKKI GOSAI / HYAKKI GOZAN
Flip forwards. Press Attack to perform Hyakki Gojin, a really steep divekick. Press Special to perform Hyakki Gosai, a command grab. If no follow up was chosen, on landing perform Hyakki Gozan, a grounded kick.

SHIELD SPECIAL: RAKAN
Input Shield and Special at the same time. Frame 2 parry that instantly stuns not only the enemy, if timed correctly, but also nearby opponents. If successful, it can be cancelled into any attack!

TAUNT: KIAI
The next grounded neutral special is powered up into Sekia Goshoha, a flaming hadoken that deals twice the damage of a normal Gohadoken.

ULTRA: SHUN GOKU SATSU
He dashes forward with great speed and, if an opponent is unlucky enough to be on his way, they will experience a thousand deaths!

OTHER NOTES
Jab 2, 3, FTilt's first hit, UTilt's first hit, NAir, UAir, and Side B can be cancelled into anything on hit.
Jab 1 and FTilt's second hit can be cancelled into B or Up B.
Down Tilt can be cancelled into Ultra on hit.
FStrong's first hit ignores shields.
Jab 3 and UTilt's first hit can be jump cancelled on hit.
Grounded forward dodge and backward dodge are Ashura Senku, travelling far longer than a normal dodge.
