PAYDAY 2 - AVGN (Francis)

Description
Replaces Francis with the Angry Video Game Nerd from the PAYDAY 2 mod. He sports a pair of power gloves, an ATARI jacket with OVERKILL branding, and his own mask. Includes HUD icons and first person arms. Also has skin support. File path for skins is "materials\models\payday2\player\avgn\skins"

This one's just weird. I don't know how to justify it. Blame Takodachi. Also, permissions are not open for this one. His orders, sorry.

It crashes when you pick up certain melee weapons, could you look into this? Thanks in advance
