Description
Light cruiser 'Delphi'

Designed around the principle of being able to quickly get into a fight and running away when things get too spicy, the Delphi is a relatively lightly armoured vessel with weaponry easily capable of taking on other small vessels while also possessing a ‘sting in her tail’ if anything larger comes over the horizon…

Specifications
28 knot top speed
Roughly 600km range at top speed
Length – 55.5m
Width – 6.75m
Depth – 3.25m
Capacity for 18 crew and 6 marines

Armament
6 battle cannons mounted in pairs on bow and sides (gunnery director fire control in mast)
1 artillery cannon mounted on the stern (rear fire director station)
1 heavy autocannon mounted of aft deckhouse
2 whitefish mk3 torpedo launchers (one per side)
Numerous small arms

Features
Simple yet detailed interior
Simulated steam turbines
Fully stocked equipment rooms
2 electric life-boats
2 scripted sink modes
Foremast can be climbed to reach main fire director station
Dedicated damage control station for emergency pumps
GPS autopilot
GPS Map

To start
Head into the ship and take any ladder down
On the very bottom deck of the ship, head to middle of ship to boiler room
Turn the key on the boiler to light it
Once steam pressure has risen, you're good to go

To sink
Head to the radio room underneath the bridge
Sit at the desk and you’ll see the keypad on it
Choose a sink mode
1
This causes a hull plate to dislodge in the engine room, slowly starting a flood
2
Similar to method 1 but also requires winds to be turned up (atleast 60%)

Notes
Being a light cruiser, her belt armour isn’t that thick or comprehensive, if the enemy is too powerful, its best to use speed and the aft heavy gun to break contact

Inspired by HMS Caroline, C-class cruiser (1914)

Anyone have any tip or tricks to getting her to handle in rough seas? Even in the more calm waters, it seems the ship will capsize at random.

Shes a great ship but not meant for any kind of open ocean, any sort of wave that hits it capsizes it with such ease it seems like it was an intended design choice, the ship is powerful and a respectful enemy but holy hell she needs some training wheels
