Soap Blocks

PLEASE NOTE: Blocks made from soap cannot be stored in stockpiles. This is a quirk with stockpiles themselves being hardcoded, and I can't fix it without bizarre workarounds that I'm not skilled enough to implement.

This being a reaction mod, it requires a new world to be generated. Should be loaded after any mods that change the MOUNTAIN or PLAINS entity.

Allows you to make soap blocks from soap bars. Oddly, magma safe.

Most constructions can be made from soap blocks, including walls, floors, bridges, workshops, minecart rails etc. I considered adding soap furniture and items, but those also cannot be stored in stockpiles. Maybe one day.

This mod is mostly for personal use, and as such hasn't been tested extensively. Consider the mod finished; no updates unless something completely breaks, as I am not an experienced modder. Feel free to add and change things as you like, and upload them if you want.
