Vanilla Weapon Length Revamp

Changes the range/lengths of most of the vanilla weapons into versions that are based on their actual meshes and fcs size modifications.

The new shortest weapon in the game is your fists and the new longest weapon is the Fragment Axe.

The shortest weapon is 15, while the longest weapon is 25.

Does not change meshes.

Does not change sizes via FCS.

Bull Horn Axe and Exile Plank are set to identical stats as the Fragment Axe and Plank, load mods that change these weapons after.
