had a cool idea pop into my head recently that i will put out there this for hl2 overwatch voice but only in the citadel the idea being that breen kept this system because he was very found of it

I really like this. To be honest, I was never a massive fan of Black Mesa sound design, I much prefer more "old" sounding technology like the sounds in HL1 and HL2, they feel much colder. Not really sure if what I'm saying makes sense, but anyway this is very cool.

It feels like original Vox + a tiny bit of sentience = this

This feels a little closer to the original vox in tone than the original
