OH MY GOD IT IS SO HAARD
There is no built-in system that have this button, and when clicked, it sends signal for a function to register something something.

Maybe like... a variable, which is typed a touch screen Button object. and then connect to a function trigger something something or do fill it inline like in many game engines, idk...
