Adds a VJ Base SNPC of Glenn Quagmire from Family Guy.

Comes with 2 SNPCS that have a friendly and hostile variation, also includes voice lines from Quagmire.

SNPCS are located in the "VJ Family Guy" category.



Quagmire model comes from Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse on models-resource.

The friendly boss quagmire won't follow. NPC is trying to use an invisible gun and therefore has trouble moving.

Quagmire's voice lines, if I made it a regular Half-Life 2 citizen replacement, it would have the citizens voice, not Quagmires.
