Description
Build offmap industry for 200 political power per factory with scaling for batch building

i do plan on adding time delays but i will do it when i have time, i am unable to figure out how to do it tho

this mod is a modified version of offmap factory Fixed combined with 50 construction slots (will add embeds later)
