These are Bioluminescence Gloves which replace the default CSS gloves.
and also they glowing in the dark :)

can you make a mod that replaces the css gloves veiwmodel with that of the hev suit hands, (i use cw 2.0 which uses the css hands, and i wanna usethe hev ones with it :) )
