Intrinsic Babylon

Description
What it do?
This mod replaces Eve's Babylon starting item with an intrinsic version, similar to how The Lost's Holy Mantle works.

But why?
This prevents Eve's main gimmick from being removed or rerolled, making the character exactly 3% more unique.

Even if you plan on doing something separate / more interesting with Samson, could you also do a mod like this for them as well?

It's insane to me that this is not already the case. Especially considering WoB already has unique interactions with Eve. Definitely one of those "why is this not Vanilla" mods.
