Adds a chance to fall while moving on snow. The chance is adjustable based on whether you're walking, running or sprinting. Also what you're wearing on your foot matters: you can define multipliers depending on whether your footwear is appropriate or not (or if you're barefoot).

- Slippery snow works properly only when the game is in English. The mod checks the translated item name for special words like "shoes", this will obviously not work in other languages. The mod will therefore consider all footwear to be of the "other" type.
- Admins in godmode will fall too. I've found this to be annoying so here anyone with the godmode will never fall
