Please…a thumbs up if you enjoy (will help others find the layout), thank you!!!

Updated 11/28/2023. Improved the scenery and industries in Salt Lake and Tucson. Added helicopter route to Tucson. Improved Las Vegas intermodal yard.

Nevada Arizona Utah 2023 is a completely overhauled, optimized, updated, and modernized version of the original 2018 Nevada Arizona Utah layout created by DeathRowTull. Credit goes to DeathRowTull for the original Nevada Arizona Utah. It’s the perfect map to build on and just as much effort went into NV AZ UT 23. A massive road and air network has been seamlessly integrated, the cities have been dramatically updated, and the industries served have been updated with improved operational realism.

NV AZ UT 23 is far and away the absolute largest and most complete rail, road, and air network available IRL (in Rolling Line), everything has a purpose. The layout stretches across the U.S. states and cities of Las Vegas, Nevada; Tucson, Arizona; and Salt Lake City, Utah. The main rail line takes 68 minutes to transit and there is zero hidden trackage, zero staging. There are dozens of industries to service. You can drive everywhere on this layout with dozens of wonderful scenes to explore. Everything is beautifully scenic-ed, fly cargo and passengers between Tucson and Las Vegas, fly a helicopter down the famous Las Vegas strip, transport vehicle freight between multiple cities to over a dozen working truck terminals, service multiple cities and dozens of industries with the largest and most complete rail network.

PERFORMANCE. Layout is VR Optimized to the best of Rolling Line capabilities. Excessive details, AI, and things like backdrops all add up and every effort has been made to streamline. Built and tested on Windows 10, 10700K, RTX3080, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Reverb G2. If struggling, don’t give up, delete all trains in the menu, start adding one at a time. Just driving 1 single car around is very, very cool. This map will crush many systems and that’s a shame because it’s incredible.

F1 Las Vegas. The F1 Las Vegas Gran Prix is recreated and looks stunning with the MSG Sphere. The track is a full circuit with an operating pitlane and passing straight. The paddock and grandstands directly modeled from the actual Las Vegas F1 buildings.

FLYING OPERATIONS. Look at the blue switch boards on the Las Vegas Terminal, they are simple to understand. Just go fly, best way to learn is to explore the friendly skies.

Las Vegas Airport. 4 passenger gates and 1 cargo ramp. Extra-large aircraft like 747s only fit at Gate 1 and must follow special ground instructions after landing (see the switchboards); otherwise, they hit other aircraft. Aircraft takeoff on 19L and land on 19R. After takeoff, aircraft turn right to remain in the Las Vegas area or turn left to proceed to Tucson. You can choose the route on the switchboard or in the aircraft while flying. The actual turnout is located in the cloud above the baseball field. Inbound airplanes from Tucson land on 19R and merge on the landing route near the Sphere, watch for other aircraft. The second hidden turnout in the air is near the Sphere. PRO TIP—you can run the route backwards with planning, note the switchboard by the Sphere. There is one helicopter route on the Las Vegas strip and a second route connects the hospital to the airport

Tucson Airport. Runway 29, 3 passenger gates (737s only) and one X-large aircraft cargo/passenger ramp. Also a helicopter route between police station and airport

AI. No train AI (tends to overcomplicate things, and IMO a hit on framerates). There is one vehicle enable AI sign at the mine near Salt Lake and is for the loop only.

Plane AI. There is AI for the airplanes for landing gear up/down and for the Las Vegas traffic pattern.

SIGNALLING. All rail signals properly configured for righthand running (I understand that’s inconvenient for some). Speed limit and track signals are on the right side of the track and bottom signals on the masts is the diverging track.

Thank you for looking and please give a thumbs up if you like what you see. Best Regards!

All track should be visible, it's possible you don't have "Longs Track Pack". I just noticed I missed adding it to the required items. There is a lot of stuff, thanks for the feedback and patience!

awsome map bro! but I just wanted to say something, is it normal to have some parts of the map were the track are invisible? Because I was exploring that map and there are some lines that dont have rails.
