Lore: After the Soviets developed the first nuclear bomb in 1940 they attempted worldwide Conquest, but in the end failed due to internal conflict, 10's of millions of casualties and an inaccurate targeting system.

Before the Soviets collapsed the German Reich was rampaging through Europe until the Soviet Union invaded the rest of the world. The Germans were crushed from both sides before they could invade Belgium.

In North America the nations formed a union to stop the ongoing Soviet Invasion.

In Africa during the "German Conquest" the local population rose up seeing the west as weak and destroyed most of their occupiers.
Then they formed an alliance with the nations of South America named the "Ayla Union" after the man who killed 427 French troops all on his own with a sniper while being bombarded by artillery. In the rest of Africa they rose up after seeing the successful upbringing of The Ayla Union.

Now on to Greater Rome. Greater Rome was formed by the Balkans after the Soviet Invasion.
Also Scandinavia formed an alliance to take on the Soviets.

Last but not least Asia and the Oceanic Republics. The Oceanic Republics formed from the British Empire striking back at the Soviet Union and taking Moscow. Transamurian Siber was a revolution mean't to bring back the Russian Monarchy after it's embarrassment in The Great War, but turned into a revolution of the native Siberian Peoples. The Huang Dynasty took control after a power struggle in the open land that was western China after the Soviets collapsed. New Zealand and India gained their independence from the British and refused to join the Oceanic Republics.
