Dragon Breath Wind Spells DDN Submod

Description
IMPORTANT: I have lost all interest in playing this game and as such making submods if you want to pick on any of my sumods and change or update them yourself you're welcome to do it no need to ask me

An attempt to balance Dragon Breath Wind Spells by Loupi for Duke Damned Nations Overhaul (it still is a net buff to dragons, unless you fry your own forces that is), don't change default load order.
If you have any issues with submod hit me up first.

About VFX, I tested it out, it's not submod, it's DDN issue

I did not touch abilities, dragon breaths in ddn only recharge in melee combbat, as for projectile look I'll try to fix it

So i tested the mod, Most of the dragons breath are the same orange color type and those breath are only one time use ( CD never reset ), is this as intended ?
