Comparable to a flared helmet, showing in places where you'd find them.

@Ингемиско they should be in any shops that use the vendor lists shown in the screenshot, idk why they wouldn't be showing for you.

Any suggested cities that sell the blueprint? I've been to all UC settlements, and none of them sell the helmet.
