Description

This addon fixes TF2 voice lines lip syncing (phonemes) by replacing TF2's .mp3 voice lines with .wav versions, with phonemes added back from tf/scripts/game_sounds_vo_phonemes.txt. All sound scripts for voice lines are replaced to use the included .wav files. This makes it work with TF2 scene files out of the box.

NOTE: This addon is quite big (1 GB), as it contains new sound files for pretty much all TF2 voice lines. Add to collections mindfully.
