This is the C&PRR 4490 maintenance locomotive for the C&PRR, The TMRX, & THE EP.

I decided it was originally a Mixed traffic locomotive for the C&PRR but then the 3 railroads had some rail accidents

NOTE: I can't tell if the icon has changed

if 4490 is a maintenance locomitve for C&PRR, TMRX, & EP, then how come it only has C&PRR Lettering?
