为战争罗盘和司天丞的坐骑解锁了额外的施法能力
根据战役中罗盘的指向解锁不同法系的法术（需要魔风）和法系被动

对应关系为（从龙弟之怒开始，顺时针方向）
龙帝之怒→天堂系
龙江→死亡系
次元石沙漠→火焰系
破败之地→阴影系
长垣→金属系
农昌→生命系
天湖→光明系
阿什夏之塔→野兽系

The Cathay War Compass and Astromancer's mount get additional spell casting abilities
Unlock skills and passive effects from different lore of Magic based on the direction of the compass in campaign

因为司天丞本身就是天堂法，所以指向龙帝之怒时额外增加绑定技能2发并减少50%cd
修复了元伯技能不增加司天丞技能使用次数的bug
话说这个算bug吗？如果有多个mod同时修复那就再+2次呗

When the compass points towards the Wrath , Astromancer can get additional cast times of Celestial Comet & Celestial Lightning

本来想法挺多的，比如多做几个绑定法术，给罗盘做一个会随大罗盘指向变化的远程武器之类的
后来一寻思，我一不玩震旦，二是个懒狗
为了兼容起见（指懒得做适配，也懒得更新）还是简单点凑合一下算了
这样至少在别的大修mod里也能用
