CSGO UI Sounds (Alternative Version)

Replaces UI sounds such as:
-main menu clicks sounds
-pause menu clicks sounds
-vote sounds
-dealing damage as an infected
-spawn available sound as infected ghost
-survivors reaching % of map sound
-survival medals and new record sound
-text chat sound.

Comparing to original mod, this doesn't have covering/healing/saving teammate sound.
