updated to 3.10.1 pyxis

A collection of balance changes i made to the game for personal use, most of them aiming to improve tall play, with a reduced habitable world setting in mind. there are also some convenience and flavor / roleplay tweaks in there as well.


### Notable Changes

# general balance changes

- planetary ascension tiers additionally increase pop growth speed, assembly speed and maximum districts on the planet
- fallen and awakened empires gain large power multipliers at the start of the game

# ascension perks

- imperial prerogative can be taken by megacorps
- galactic wonders has been removed, previously unlocked megastructures can be researched once mega-engineering has been completed
- new ascension perk: urbanization, increasing the empire size penalty but providing a powerful job that scales with population density

# buildings

- new building: shroudgate (organic pop assembly for psionic empires that scales with telepath jobs)
- new building: salvage plant (unlocked via urbanization AP)
- imperial capitals provide additional districts

# civics

- imperial cult requires only the imperial government type and spiritualist ethics
- galactic sovereign provides an additional civic slot and authoritarian ethics attraction

# megastructures

- matter decompressor now produces a small amount of dark matter in addition to minerals
- mega shipyard capacity has been increased

# policies

- inward perfectionists can use the supremacist diplomatic stance (though the isolationist factions wont like it)
- displacement purge can be used by non-fanatic xenophiles (though the faction will still be very upset about it)
- authoritarians consider decadent living standards as stratified for their faction demand

# pop jobs

- new job: reclamation engineer (provided by the salvage plant building, produces a moderate amount of rare resources and minerals)

# ships

- juggernauts have no shipyard functionality, but increased firepower

# starbase modules

- orbital ring habitation modules provide additional partial districts
- orbital ring shipyards have increased capacity
- orbital ring anchorages provide additional naval capacity

# UI improvements

- trade and marketplace increments have been increased from 1/10/100/1000 to 5/100/1000/10000 to reduce clicks needed
