(8) Sniper War (PVP)

Description
SNIPER WAR - PVP

Peaceful little town that hasn't seen any combat yet. Perfect for Snipers.

Objective:
- Last team standing wins.
- Hunt your enemy down.
- Use cover to conceal yourself. Crossing roads exposes yourself be careful.
- After team wins, match auto-resets after 10 seconds.
- Team 1 is AMERICAN, Team 2 is GERMAN.

IMPORTANT!
- Due to Scripting involved. All Player Slots must be filled by Human or AI. Otherwise map will not start.

NOTES
- If AI is playing (or inactive players), after 60 seconds they will rush middle of map. If any AI survives this, airstrikes will kill them.
- Bombing runs happen every minute at random locations.
- Scout planes happen every 30 seconds at random locations. They wont expose hidden snipers but will expose them if they are moving out of stealth on mini-map.
- Make sure Team 1 Player 1 and Team 2 Player 2 are human.

Sorry lots of updates going on, maps with scripts are incredibly hard to test because they act completely different when human players are playing instead of AI. lol

UPDATES,

- Tweaked cover across map.
- Scout planes now fly every 30 seconds.
- Added Bombing runs random locations every 60 seconds.
- AI/Inactive players now will run to center of map to be killed by airstrikes.

Remember all PLAYER SLOTS must be occupied with either HUMAN or AI. Otherwise map will not load. There are scripts assigned to every player that are needed.

Please comment on any bugs or crashes (if crash, when did it happen on timer)

My favorite part of your content is how you are always in the comments putting out the updates/changes, especially the tips.

I always appreciate it because the type of maps you make are very tricky to get right with lots of custom elements to them and any help setting up the map to play on is always welcome.

GeeNo. Thank you so much for comments. It's really hard to test this type of map with humans instead of AI as scripts sometimes do different things.

I did however test the scout planes, and they do show snipers visible, but only on the mini-map at the bottom left corner, I didn't know they dont show in game. I'll look into this.

I'm hoping to have a fix for player count this week, so you can simply close other slots for 1v1 2v2 etc... :)

The AI rushing to center is just be default. Once I fix the above issue with slots, I wont really need it I believe...

Oh forgot to add, a 1v1 mode would be cool, for those of us without 7 others to play with. And an option at game setup to select the number of snipers we'd want for each player.
