I find these little mods very interesting for the RP I got goin with my group. However all of the mods seem to just be inherit skills from base jobs not adding any true uniqueness. Perhaps try your hand in making unique skills specific to these jobs to make them feel more "THEM"? Might only be so for me due to sleeping on the job :captainclown:.
