doesnt work on me + cant find controls on settings too, mod is enabled i checked 2 times

as a game dev i read the controls description and now i know how this works, it puts the game into slow motion and freezes the game when you press f to mark targets and it also shoots a bullet, when the bullet is frozen it unfreezes everything else, and then so on after that and you press H, it unfreezes the bullet
