Tsunami Detection Buoy

This buoy is designed to be spawned at sea and send an alert via radio 976 on/off channel 1 when it rises too high.

Complete weather station that transmits humidity, radiation, temperature, rain, and wind speed on radio channel 976, composite channels 1-5.

Transmits an on/off signal (comp ch. 1) on radio channel 976 when a tsunami is detected. It shouldn't detect any waves caused by wind.

Anchored to sea floor up to ~400m

4 cameras transmitting on video channels 1-4 providing a complete 360 view around the buoy

Folding solar panels and medium batteries that should keep the buoy running forever
