Introduction to this mod
This mod is campaign customisation mod; it can remake campaign to can added penalty or bonus, can do randomise starting position, and after than can be play.

This mod is must enable with Mod Configuration Tool Mod, cause this mod made base for that.

are the randomized starting positions for AI factions aswell or only for player?
