This is a monument that is loosely based on the form of the Order of the Patriotic War. Comes in two sizes.

@ Sgt.Ray There are eternal flame war memorials all over the world, including in France, Germany, Canada, Japan, Brazil, and Russia. There are at least 30 in Russia alone. You're probably referring to the flame at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Moscow, or the similar memorial in Nizhny Novgorod.

Not trying to sound like an AI, it just came out that way.

Doesn't Russia also have a monument similar to the eternal flame for fallen soldiers? That would be a nice one. Love new monument mods.
