Marlow Test

Description
Marlow – The Saga of the Gwains

The speedy Avocado girl joins the battle and runs through the competition !
Marlow Daunagin from the youtube series Gwain Saga joins Rivals of Aether Workshop !

Marlow can place an afterimage of herself and teleport to it in various ways. However, to do this, she needs leaves. She gains leaves by hitting opponents when an afterimage is placed. These leaves are lost when a teleportation is performed or when two and a half seconds pass without any new hits.

Specials

Neutral Special

Gets Marlow ready to place an afterimage.
Release the Special button to send the afterimage in the pointed direction.
You can cancel the move with an air dodge if the Special button is still held.
If an afterimage is already placed, releasing Neutral Special again will perform a fake version of Down Special.

Down Special

Identical to Neutral Special when no afterimage is placed.
If an afterimage is placed, you'll be able to choose a direction for the afterimage to dash in, creating a projectile.

Up Special

You can cancel your Up Special with an aerial.
If the move starts in the air and no hits connect, you will go into pratfall at the end.
Unlike other specials, you can B-reverse this one.

Forward Special

A simple forward dash that bumps you up on hit.
Wall jumps won’t refresh your Forward Special; you must teleport or touch the ground to use it again.

Teleportation

When you have leaves and an afterimage placed, you can teleport.

Regular Teleportations

Press Neutral Special while active to perform a regular teleportation.
This also works during a strong attack, as long as it hasn’t been released.
You can also teleport by holding Forward Special or Up Special while active.

Cancel Teleportations

When you land a successful melee hit on a player, you can cancel it into a teleportation by:
Pressing Neutral Special
Holding Specials
Holding Strongs

Elemental Mode

The Elemental Gauge depletes when taking hits and fills when hitting opponents.
If you reach the threshold, you’ll enter Elemental Mode.
In Elemental Mode, an afterimage will be placed behind you after every cancel teleportation performed.

Miscellaneous
Forward Air 1 and 2 can be cancelled on hit with another aerial that's not Forward Air.
