Roughly 4 months of on and off work and experimentation culminated into this skin. Really really happy with the final product but possibly even more happy to be done with it.

All assets are made in either blender, procreate, photoshop, or substance painter. The photo on the side is of me wearing a gas mask

The original look was for a very clean but cluttered weapon with wires entangled throughout the grip and slide, but eventually I started experimenting with textures in substance painter and gave the weapon a roughed up exterior finish. I still wanted the inside of the weapon to be clean though as if to show how you had just pulled the panel off to reveal the untouched interior.
